AUC Membership Application (Individual)

This is the application form for individuals. Please complete the details on the form. Once your application is approved, you will be contacted with further payment instructions.
Students: For membership purposes, a student is a person undertaking for-credit university studies and carrying at least 50 per cent of a full-time load, and who is not employed by a university at a fraction greater than 50 per cent. If applying for student membership, you must provide proof of your student status by submitting a scan of your current student ID card, or a scan of your confirmation of enrolment.
If you are a current staff member or student at an ANZ University, choose the name of that Institution here
If you've chosen "other" for your university affiliation, please provide the name of your institution here.
Provide a brief history of your past engagement with the AUC - include scholarship success (such as WWDC, Honours or SDS) and AUC event involvement (such as talks at any AUC conferences).

Please provide proof of your student status by submitting a scan of your current student ID card, or a scan of your confirmation of enrolment. Please limit files to 8 megabytes or less.
