We don’t anticipate any workshop sessions will be full, but in case there is substantial interest in particular sessions, we are asking delegates to pre-register for their workshops using the form below.
Equipment Requirements
The AUC no longer maintains a pool of laptop equipment for workshops. Some sessions will be held in UTS labs and use UTS computers. For others, we ask that you bring a laptop and/or iOS device.
The following sessions will be held in UTS Labs using UTS Computers
- Developing iOS Apps using Filemaker – Alistair Campbell (iOS device required)
- Rapid Development for Singular Purpose Mac Computing Environments – Matthew Tilney
The following sessions will require that you bring your own equipment:
- Building an SOE/MOE – Adam Reed (laptop required)
- Make an App, You Can Do That Too – Jayant Varma (laptop, iOS device required)
- Apple Configurator – Arek Dreyer (laptop, iOS device required)
Delegate laptops should be running OS X 10.8.4, and have the latest version of iTunes (11.0.4) and Xcode (4.6.3) installed. For iOS workshop sessions, you should also bring an iOS device running the latest public release of iOS (6.x) and a sync/charge cable. Using older, or pre-release versions may impair your ability to complete the workshop.
